Lovely apartment in a quiet area of the hotel. It would be nice if we could have hooked our Chromecast into the living room tv, but it worked in the bedroom. The two-person spa tub is amazing! The staff were great, going above and beyond when a parcel I ordered didn't get there till we left. They forwarded it on to us, though we had asked them just to return to sender :) And amazingly we got our security deposit back the next day, that's never happened before at any hotel! We very much will stay here again when there are vacancies on our dates :)

Professional , friendly, and helpful staff, immaculately clean room, furnished tastefully, super comfy bed, the little extras , like complimentary freddo frogs and bottled water. The biscuits to have with a cuppa were greatly appreciated. All those little touches, that the others no longer do. Can still be found at The Pagoda . A wonderful stay.

The breakfast was excellent, a good choice of different foods from, fruit, cereals, meats, pastries and hot buffet with plenty of tea, coffee and fruit juices. All of the staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. Will come back again.

The room was very clean on arrival, a very ambient temperature and all necessary items like towels, pillows, coffee, tea and bathroom items were provided. The pool was clean, warm and inviting. Car park facilities were excellent and very convenient.

Traphil

The room was big, clean and had a spa. Free late checkout and free parking across the road. Easy to get to- no city driving conditions. Close to South Perth esplanade with shops, restaurants and ferry access to the city. Staff were really friendly and the pool was huge, warm and sparkling clean. Hotel was quiet and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves.
